The German Nutrition Association reported that there are some misconceptions that lead to the accumulation of abdominal fat.

1- Lack of sleep

2- Drink sweetened beverages

3- Eat low-fat foods

German nutritionists have warned that foods on their packagings are usually high in sugar, and instead, they should eat other foods that contain healthy fats such as nuts, avocados, eggs, and fish.

5. Eating late
